Brian Conway

Our Favorite Recipe for Fun

Start with a special selection of artisanal wines imported by our host, Mark Ancona. Mark holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust in London and has been importing wines for 25 years. Fat Cat was named one of the top 50 wine experiences in the U.S. by Food & Wine Magazine.

Add delectable cuisine from the Fat Cat Pie Co. culinary crew next door. Their unique pies with varied toppings come straight from the oven — and they’ll keep coming!

Stir Briskly throughout the evening with lively conversation among friends…new and old!

Introduce famed Sligo-style fiddler Brian Conway and company to perform lilting Irish folk music that casts a spell. Brian is considered one of the best fiddlers of his generation.
